Roseville Ethics Commission <br />Minutes of the Meeting of Apri12, 2001 <br />Members Present: Connie Pease <br />Mark Battis <br />Tom Ring <br />Members Absent: None <br />Others Present: Joel Jamnik <br />Richard Lambert <br />Christine Butterfield <br />The meeting was called to order by Chair Connie Pease at 7:30 a.m. <br />Upon motion by Ring, second by Battis, the minutes ofthe Commission's previous <br />meeting of March 12, 2001 were approved. <br />The Commission reviewed and discussed the recent filing of a complaint of ethics code <br />violation by Mr. Richard Lambert against Mayor John Kysylyczyn. <br />Motion by Battis, second by Pease to formally accept complaint dated 4/2/O1 filed by Mr. <br />Lambert. Motion carried unanimously. <br />The Commission directed staff to notify both the complainant and the public official of <br />the Commission's action, investigation procedures, and of the Commission's request to be <br />provided additional information or responses from the parties and the City. <br />Motion by Battis, second by Pease, to refer code compliance allegation in Mr. Lambert's <br />letter to the City Community Development staff. Motion passed unanimously. <br />Meeting adjourned 8:20 a.m. <br />
