This was <br /> never a problem before the low areas were filled, and during the construction of the Jungman resident <br /> there wasn't a culvert under driveway and the water would stand there until it seeped into ground or <br /> evaporated. <br /> Before any lot split takes place these items must be corrected to stop any damage in the future.There <br /> 5/15/2011 <br />
