ORDINANCE NO.1407 <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING <br /> TITLE 10 OF THE CITY CODE <br /> CHANGING THE ZONING MAP <br /> DESIGNATION OF CERTAIN <br /> REAL PROPERTY AT 2990,2996 <br /> AND OUTLOT A OF APPLEWOOD <br /> POINTE OF LANGTON LAKE <br /> FROM HIGH DENSITY <br /> RESIDENTIAL-1 (HDR-1)TO <br /> HIGH DENSITY RESIDENTIAL-2 <br /> (HDR-2) <br /> The City Council of the City of <br /> Roseville does ordain: <br /> Section 1. Real Property <br /> Rezoned. Pursuant to Section <br /> 1009.06 (Zoning Changes) of the <br /> City Code of the City of Roseville, <br /> and after the City Council <br /> consideration of Planning File 11-08, <br /> the following property, located at <br /> 2990, 2996, and Outlot A of <br /> Applewood Pointe of Langton Lake <br /> and legally described as: <br /> Lot 1,Block 1,Applewood Pointe <br /> of Langton Lake Second Addition <br /> is hereby rezoned from High <br /> Density Residential-1 (HDR-1) to <br /> High Density Residential-2(HDR-2). <br /> Section 2.TEfflctive Date. This <br /> ordinance amendment to the City <br /> Code and Zoning Map shall take <br /> effect upon: <br /> 1. The passage of the final plat of <br /> Applewood Pointe of Langton Lake <br /> Second Addition <br /> 2.
