EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA - HELD JULY 13, 1981 * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Rosevi11e, Minnesota, was duly held at the City Hall in said City on Monday, July 13,1981, at 7:30 p.m. The following members were present: Mayor Demos, Councilmen Curley, Kehr, Johnson and Franke and the following were absent: None Council member Curley then introduced and moved the adoption of the following resolution: RESOLUTION NO. 7188 WHEREAS, the Northwest Suburban Youth Service Bureau provides valuable counseling and employment services to the youth of the suburban area, and; WHEREAS, this service is provided for the benefit of citizens of the participating communities who are within the boundaries of Ramsey County and thus for the benefit of Ramsey County citizens, and; WHEREAS, the Northwest Suburban Youth Service Bureau depends on contributions from the benefitted area, and; WHEREAS, the City of Rosevi11e has learned that Ramsey County is considering dropping its monetary support of the Northwest Suburban Youth Service Bureau. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Rosevi1le does hereby urge the Board of Commissioners of Ramsey County to continue their support of the Northwest Suburban Youth Service Bureau and thus carryon the provision of this val- uable service to the citizens of Ramsey County. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this resolution be forwarded to the Board of Commissioners of Ramsey County. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council member Kehr and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: All t pres en and the following voted against: None WHEREUPON ,sa id reso1 ut i on was dec1 ared duly passed and adopted.
