EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE, t~INNESOTA - HELD JULY 13, 1981 * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly held at the City Hall in said City on Monday, July 13, 1981, at 7:30 p.m. The following members were present: Mayor Demos, Councilmen Curley, Kehr, Johnson and Franke and the followinq were absent: None Council member Kehr then introduced and moved the adoption of the following resolution: RESOLUTIOn NO. 7190 RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CITY'S PARTICIPATION IN METROPOLITAN WASTE CONTROL COMMISSION INFILTRATION/INFLOW ANALYSIS PROGRAM HHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Roseville, has been advised by the Metropolitan Haste Control Commission of the avail- ability of federal and state grant funds for an infiltration/inflow analysis of the City's sanitary sewer facilities; and WHEREAS, based on the information received from the Metropolitan Waste Control Commission, the City Council deems it advisable for the City of Roseville to participate in the Metropolitan Waste Control Commission's Infiltration/Inflow Analysis Program; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Roseville that the City of Roseville participate in the Metro- politan Waste Control Commission's Infiltration/Inflow ft,nalysis Program and agree to contribute up to a maximum of ten percent (10%) of the aggregate cost of the program as it relates to the City. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City of Roseville enter into a pass through agreement with the Metropolitan Waste Control Commission to carry out said analysis program, and that the Mayor and Manager be authorized to execute such Agreement on behalf of the City. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Manager of the City of Roseville forward a certified copy of this resolution and a signed original and copies of the Aqreement to the Metropolitan ~Iaste Control Commission.
