<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of City Counci~ <br />City of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was <br /> <br />held in the City Hall of said City on Monday, July 13, 1981, at <br />7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Demos and <br /> <br />Councilmen Curley, Kehr, Franke and Johnson; and the following <br /> <br />were absent: None. <br /> <br />The City Manager presented to the Council the proposed 1981 <br /> <br />assessment rolls prepared by him with the assistance of the City <br /> <br />public Works Director as directed by the Council on June 22, <br /> <br />1981, and reported that the assessment rolls are now on file in <br /> <br />his office and open to public inspection. <br /> <br />Councilman Kehr then introduced the following resolution <br /> <br />and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 7192 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PROPOSED SPECIAL <br />ASSESSMENT ROLL AND PROVIDING FOR HEARING <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Roseville <br />that the proposed 1981 assessment roll now on file and open to <br />public inspection in the office of the City Manager is approved, <br />and the Manager is directed to publish and mail notice that <br />the Council will meet to consider the proposed assessment on <br />August 10, 1981, at the City Hall, 2660 Civic Center Drive, in <br />the City of Roseville, at 7:30 o'clock p.m., which assessment <br />hearing will be held on the following improvement: <br /> <br />SS-W-P-79-3 <br /> <br />The notice shall state the date, time and place of the <br />meeting, the general nature of the improvement, the area pro- <br />posed to be assessed, the total cost of the improvement, that <br />the proposed assessment roll is on file with the Manaser, and <br />
