CITY OF ROSEVILLE PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE Notice is given that the ROSEVILLE CITY COUNCIL will hold a regular meeting at City Hall, 2660 Civic Center Dr., on Monday, June 13, 2011, at 6:00 p.m. to consider the following public hearing: Variance from City Code Section 405.03 HOURLY RESTRICTIONS 0,N CERTAIN OPERATIONS for Rosedale Sauare Shopping Center located at 1601-1675 County Road C PINS 042923440032: Rosedale Square shopping center is seeking a variance from code section 405.03.D. Construction Activities. This section of the City's code permits construction activities to occur between the hours of 7:00 am and 10:00 pm on any weekday, or between the hours of 9:00 am and 9;00 pm on any weekend or legal holidays. Welsh Companies has contracted with Minnesota Roadways to perform an asphalt overlay of the south half of the Rosedale Square Shopping Center parking lot,and request a variance to the City code for the following dates: During the period of June 20-30, 2011 from 10:00 pm-6:00 am. The project is expected to take two days to complete,subject to good weather. They are requesting this variance for safety reasons. Avoiding heavy construction activities during the hours that the shopping center is open will reduce the inconvenience to the public and maintain a safe passage in and out of the shopping center.
