The Public Works Director was also directed to include in the report the estimated cost of <br />the proposed improvements and as to whether such improvements should best be made as <br />proposed or in connection with some other improvement. The preliminary report and cost <br />estimates have been submitted and considered by the Council and are hereby approved and <br />directed to be placed on file in the office of the City Manager. The improvements proposed <br />to be made in the general manner set forth in the report are designated as Improvements <br />P-96-02, Neighborhoods 14, 16,28, 37; ST-96-08, Neighborhood 28, and P-96-06, <br />Neighborhood 24. <br /> <br />3. The Council shall meet at the City Hall, 2660 Civic Center Drive, in said City, on February <br />12, 1996, at 7:30 p.rn. for the purpose of holding a public hearing on the proposed <br />improvements under and pursuant to the provisions of Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429, and <br />the Manager is hereby authorized and directed to cause notice of the time, place, and <br />purpose of that meeting to be published twice in the official newspaper, Roseville Review, <br />which publications shall be a week apart, and the second publication shall be not less than <br />three days before the date of the hearing. <br /> <br />4. The notice shall be in substantially the following form: <br />(see attachments). <br /> <br />5. The general nature, estimated cost and area proposed to be assessed for Improvements <br />P-96-02, Neighborhoods 14, 16,28, 37; ST-96-08, Neighborhood 28, and P-96-06, <br />Neighborhood 24. is determined to be as stated in the foregoing notice, as fully as though <br />the same were separately set forth and resolved herein. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilperson <br />Mastel and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mastel, Maschka, <br />Goedeke, Wiski, and Wall and the following voted against the same: None <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
