<br />NOTICE OF HEARING <br />ON IMPROVEMENT P-96-02, NEIGHBORHOOD 14 <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE Council of the City ofRoseville, Minnesota, will <br />meet at the City Hall, 2660 Civic Center Drive, in said City, on the 12th day of February, 1996, at <br />7:30 o'clock p.m. to hold a public hearing pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429 as <br />amended on proposed Improvement P-96-02, Neighborhood 14 including all that property <br />abutting: <br /> <br />Judith Avenue, Pascal Street 'to Hamline Avenue <br />Rambler Road, Pascal Street to Sheldon Street <br />Primrose Curve, Pascal Street to Rambler Road <br />Pascal Street, Rambler Road to Judith Avenue <br /> <br />by the installation of bituminous paving, concrete curb and gutter, sanitary sewer service repair, <br />drainage facilities, and necessary appurtenances. The foregoing is substantially in accordance with <br />a preliminary engineering report which is now on file and open to public inspection in the office of <br />the City Manager. <br /> <br />The cost of the improvement is presently estimated at $375,221.19.
