<br />by the installation of bituminous paving, concrete curb and gutter, sanitary sewer service repair,
<br />drainage facilities, and necessary appurtenances. The foregoing is substantially in accordance with
<br />a preliminary engineering report which is now on file and open to public inspection in the office of
<br />the City Manager.

<br />The cost of the improvement is presently estimated at $1,152,973.07. The area proposed to be
