<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of City Council <br />City of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the City Council <br /> <br />of the City of Roseville, Ramsey County, Minnesota, met in <br /> <br />regular session at the City Hall on Monday, the 13th day of July, <br /> <br />1981, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Demos and <br /> <br />Councilmen Curley, Kehr, Franke and Johnson; and the following <br /> <br />were absent: None. <br /> <br />Councilman Curley introduced the following resolution and <br /> <br />moved its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 7206 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 7167 <br />RELATING TO THE CONSTRUCTION <br />OF IMPROVEMENT NO. P-81-7 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 7167, adopted by the City Council <br />of the City of Roseville on June 1, 1981, the Council ordered <br />the construction of Improvement No. P-81-7 and the preparation <br />of plans and specifications therefor, consisting of the installa- <br />tion of bituminous paving, concrete curb and gutter and nece~sary <br />appurtenances on Merrill Street from Woodhill Drive to County. <br />Road C-2 and on Judith Avenue from Merrill street to Dellwood <br />Street and on Terrace Drive from Merrill Street to Dellwood <br />Street. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the <br />City of Roseville, that the Council hereby rescinds Resolution <br />No. 7167 ordering the construction of Improvement No. P-81-7 and <br />the preparation of plans and specifications therefor. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was <br /> <br />duly seconded by Councilman Kehr and upon vote being taken <br /> <br />thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Councilmen Curley, <br /> <br />Kehr and Johnson; and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />Mayor Demos and Councilman Franke; whereupon said resolution <br /> <br />was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
