<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br /> <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the <br />City Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minneso- <br />ta was duly held on the 12th day of February, 1996 at 6:30 p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Goedeke, Mastel, Wiski, Maschka, and <br />Wall, and the following were absent: None. <br /> <br />Member Maschka introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 9275 <br /> <br />ItICSOLUTIOJI APPRov:IJiG CITY PARTICIPATIOJI <br />.AS A FISCAL AGEIiI"l" FOR TIlE ASSIST PROJECT <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City <br />of Roseville, Minnesota, as follows: <br /> <br />The City of Roseville is approving the City serving as the Fiscal <br />Agent for the ASSIST Project which is receivingfunding through <br />the Minnesota State Department of Health to conduct tobacco <br />compliance in the North Metro area; and to approve the City <br />Manager or his designee to sign the fiscal agent agreement with <br />the Minnesota Department of Health. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by member Mastel and upon a vote being taken thereon, <br />the following voted in favor thereof: Goedeke, Mastel, Wiski, Maschka, <br />and Wall, <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: None. <br /> <br />WHEREUPON, said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
