Extract of Minutes of Meeting of City Council City of Roseville Ramsey County, Minnesota Held: August 24, 1981 Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly held in the City Hall in said City on Monday, the 24th day of August, 1981, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. The following members were present: Mayor Demos and Councilmen Franke, Kehr and Johnson; and the following was ab- sent: Councilman Curley. Councilman Johnson introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: Resolution No. 7236 RESOLUTION RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 7231 RELATING TO ASSESSMENTS FOR IMPROVEMENT NO. M-80-15 WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Roseville held a public assessment hearing on Improvement No. M-80-15 (Woodruff Alley paving) on August 10, 1981, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. to hear, consider and pass upon any and all objections to the proposed assessment by affected property owners; and WHEREAS, the City Council determined to continue the adop- tion of the assessment roll until its next regular meeting to be held on August 24, 1981, at 7:30 o'clock p.m.; and WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 7231, adopted by the City Council on August 24, 1981, the assessments for Improvement No. M-80-15 were adopted and confirmed. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, that the assessments for Parcel Code Nos. 79-65500-120-01 and 79-65500-130-01 in the City of Roseville be deferred until such time as the property owners make improvements off the alley or utilize the alley for ingress or egress to their property, and that Resolution No. 7231 adop- ting and confirming the assessments for Improvement No. M-80-15 be rescinded. .
