<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA - HELD <br />August 24, 1981 <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br />of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly <br />called and held at the City Hall in said City on Monday, August <br />24, 1981, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were <br />Members Franke, Kehr and Johnson <br />and the following were absent: <br />Member Franke introduced <br />moved its adoption: <br /> <br />present: <br /> <br />Mayor Demos, Council <br /> <br />Member Curley. <br />the following resolution and <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 7240 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Belmont Lane from Pascal Avenue to Hamline Avenue <br />was constructed at twenty-nine feet face of curb to face of curb, <br />and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, such roadways must conform to established standards <br />including the prohibition of parking on one side for twenty-nine <br />foot wide designs; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that parking is hereby pro- <br />hibited on the south side of Belmont Lane from Pascal Avenue to <br />Hamline Avenue, identified as Roseville Project P-80-32 be adopted. <br />
