<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA - HELD SEPTEMBER 14, 1981 <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular <br />meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, <br />was duly called and held at the City Hall in said City on the <br />14th day of September, 1981, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Demos, <br />Councilmen Johnson, Franke, Kehr and Curley <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None. <br /> <br />Member Curley introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. ~242 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Roseville City Council at its July 13, 1981 <br />meeting approved Gerald LeMay's request for preliminary plat at <br />360 West County Road C; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, after notice was published in the official <br />newspaper, a public hearing was conducted on Mr. LeMay's request <br />for final plat approval; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Minnesota State Statutes call for a resolution <br />approvinq subdivision plats, <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that Mr. Gerald LeMay's <br />request for final plat at 360 West County Road C is aoproved. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution <br />was duly seconded by Councilman Kehr and upon a vote beinq taken <br />thereon, the following voted in favor: All present <br /> <br />and the following voted against: None. <br /> <br />WHEREUPON, the said resolution was declared duly passed <br />and adopted. <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA) <br />) 5S <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY ) <br /> <br />I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting <br />Manager of the City of Roseville, Ramsey County, Minnesota, do <br />hereby certify that I have carefully compared the attached and <br />foregoing extract of minutes of a meeting of said City Council <br />
