<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of City Council <br />City of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was <br /> <br />duly held at the City Hall in said City on Monday, the 14th day <br /> <br />of September, 1981, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Demos and <br /> <br />Councilmen Curley, Kehr, Franke and Johnson~ and the following <br /> <br />were absent: None. <br /> <br />Councilman Kehr introduced and moved the adoption of the <br /> <br />following resolution: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 7246 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION DECLARING ADEQUACY OF PETITION <br />AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF <br />REPORT ON IMPROVEMENT NO. P-8l-l4 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a certain petition requesting an improvement in <br /> <br />the City of Roseville, on Oakcrest Avenue from Lexington Avenue <br /> <br />to Hamline Avenue by the installation of bituminous paving, <br /> <br />concrete curb and gutter, and necessary appurtenances, filed <br /> <br />with the Council on August 18, 1981, is hereby declared to be <br />signed by the required percentage of owners of property <br />affected thereby pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Sec. 429.035. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br /> <br />THE CITY OF ROShVILLE, MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />That the petition be referred to the City Public Works <br />Director for study and that he is instructed to report to the <br />Council with all convenient speed, advising the Council in a <br />preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is <br />feasible and as to whether it should best be made as proposed <br />
