Public Comments <br />No one appeared to speak at this time. <br />3. Approval of April 26, 2011Meeting Minutes <br />Member Vanderwall moved, Member Gjerdingen seconded, approval of the April <br />26, 2011 meeting as presented. <br />Ayes: 4 <br />Nays: 0 <br />Motion carried. <br />Chair Jim DeBenedet; and Members St "ijerdingen; Jan <br />Vanderwall; and Joan Felice; with Member <br />Stenlund arriving at approximately 7:03 p.m. <br />Communication Items <br />City Engineer Bloom noted that communication item descriptions and project <br />updates had been included in the agenda packet, to avoid taking up additional <br />meeting time. <br />Chair DeBenedet noted, and staff confirmed, that links included in the staff <br />memorandum as part of tonight's agenda would provide more detailed <br />information on each project as well. <br />Page 1 of 12 <br />
