<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of City Council <br />City of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was <br /> <br />duly held at the City Hall in said City on Monday, the 14th day <br /> <br />of September, 1981, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Demos and <br /> <br />Councilmen Curley, Kenr, Franke and Johnson; and the fOllowing <br /> <br />were absent: None. <br /> <br />Councilman Franke introduced and moved the adoption of <br /> <br />the following resolution: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 7249 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION <br />OF REPORT ON IMPROVEMENT NO. 58-81-18 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve that portion of the <br />City of Rosevi11e including all that property located at 3056 <br /> <br />Raymond Avenue by the installation of sanitary sewer service <br /> <br />and necessary appurtenances, and to assess the benefitted <br />property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement <br /> <br />pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Sections 429.011 to 429.111 <br />(Minn. Stat. 1961). <br /> <br />NOW, rrHEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br /> <br />THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />That the proposed improvement be referred to the City <br />Public Works Director for study and that he is instructed to <br />report to the Council with all convenient speed, advising the <br />Council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed <br />improvement is feasible and as to whether it should best be <br />
