<br />hereby determine and order that said improvement shall be constructed and financed and that all <br />streets be constructed substantially as recommended in the feasibility report and that the City <br />Public Works Director investigate the following issues: (1) curb type, (2) stop sign at Chatsworth <br />Street and Brenner Avenue, and (3) street widths.
