<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of City Council <br />City of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was <br />duly held at the City Hall in said City on Monday, the 28th day <br />of September, 1981, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Demos and <br />Councilmen Curley, Kehr, Franke and Johnson: and the following <br />were absent: None. <br /> <br />Councilman Kehr introduced and moved the adoption of the <br />following resolution: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 7258 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION <br />OF REPORT ON IMPROVEMENT NO. SS-W-81-13 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve that portion of the <br />City of Roseville located at 1856 Lexington Avenue by the exten- <br /> <br />sion of sanitary sewer and water services and the installation <br />of necessary appurtenances, and to assess the benefitted <br />property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement <br /> <br />pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Secs. 429.011 to 429.111 (Minn. <br />Statutes 1961). <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />That the proposed improvement be referred to the City <br />Public Works Director for study and that he is instructed to <br />report to the Council with all convenient speed, advising the <br />Council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed <br />improvement is feasible and as to whether it should best be <br />
