be heard thereon, and having considered the views of all interested persons, the Council does hereby determine and order that said improvement shall be constructed and financed and that all streets be constructed substantially as recommended in the feasibility report and that the City Public Works Director investigate and work with the neighborhood regarding the following issues: (1) design of Snelling Curve cul-de-sac to minimize impacts to the adjoining single family home, (2) preparation oflandscape plan for the east end of the Rose Place cul-de-sac, and (3) investigation of the need for a stop sign at the comer of Brooks Avenue and Pascal Street. The City Public Works Director is designated as the Engineer for the project and is directed to prepare and submit to the Council the final plans and specifications for the improvement. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Goedeke and upon roll call vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Goedeke, Mastel, Wiski, Maschka, and Wall and the following voted against the same: None whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
