Extract of Ninutes of !<leeting of City Council City of lbseville Ramsey County, Minnesota October 26, 1981 Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the City Council of the City of r~seville met in regular session at the City Hall on Honday, the 26th day of October, 1981, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. The follm-ving members were present: Hayor Demos and Councilmen Curley, Kehr, Franke and Johnson; and the following were absent: None. Councilman Kehr introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: Resolution Ho. 7263 RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND PROVIDING FOR PUBLIC HEAiUNG ON IMPROVEMENT NO. 55-81-19 BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Roseville as follows: 1. By resolution adopted September 14, 1981, the Council has directed the City Public Horks Director to prepare a preli- minary report as to the feasibility of a proposed improvement including all that property east of Dale Street and south of County Road C in the City of Roseville by the extension of sani- tary sewer main and necessary appurtenances. The Public Works Director was also directed to include in the report the esti- mated cost of the proposed improvement and as to whether such improvement should best be made as proposed or in connection with some other improvement. The preliminary report and cost estimate have been submitted and considered by the Council and are hereby approved and directed to be placed on file in the office of the City Hanager. The improvement proposed to be made in the general manner set forth in the report is desig- nated as Improvement No. 55-81-19. 2. 'file Council shall meet at the City Hall, 2660 Civic Center Drive, in said City, on November 23, 1981, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. for the purpose of holding a public hearing on the proposed improvement under and pursuant to the provisions of ~tinnesota Statutes, Chapter 429, and the Manager is hereby authorized and directed to cause notice of the time, place and purpose of that meeting to be published twice in the official newspaper, Roseville Sun, which publications shall be a week apart, and the second publication shall be not less than three days before the date of the hearing. 3.
