<br />/f)o. <br /> <br />Jd-66 <br /> <br />EXTRACT OF rlINUTES at' MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />HELD: oc'rOBER 28, 1981 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special <br />meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Ramsey <br />County, Minnesota, was duly held at ele City Hall in the City <br />on the 28th day of October, 1981, at 5:30 P.M. for the purpose <br />of considering bids for and awarding the sale of $3,420,000 <br />General Obligation Temporary Improvement Bonds of 1981 of the <br />City. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Demos <br />and COuncilmen Curley, Franke and Jofinson <br /> <br />and the following were absent: Councilman Kehr <br /> <br />The Banager presented affidavits showing publication <br />of notice of call for bids on $3,420,000 General Obligation <br />Temporary Improvement Bonds of 1981 of ele City, for which bids <br />were to be received at the office of the City Bond Consultant <br />at 4:00 P.M. on this date, in accordance with the resolution <br />adopted by the City Council on September 14, 1981. The <br />affidavits were examined, found to comply \'lith .the provisions <br />of Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 475, and were approved and <br />ordered placed on file. <br /> <br />The Council was presented with the following bids: <br /> <br />Bidder <br /> <br />Interest Rate <br /> <br />1.
