<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF REGULAR MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br />ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, NOVEMBER 9, 1981 <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br />of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly <br />called and held at the City Hall in said City on the Nineth day of <br />November, 1981, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: <br />Curley, Franke, Kehr, and Demos. <br />and the following members were absent: Johnson <br /> <br />Member Kehr <br />moved its adoption: <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 7270 <br />A RESOLUTION CANCELLING ASSESSMENTS ON CERTAIN CITY PROPERTY <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City received ownership by condemnation of <br />certain property known as KORTSAN ADDITION for Park, dated October 30, <br />1974; and <br />WHEREAS, the records of the Department of Property Taxation <br />of Ramsey County inadvertently failed to reflect ownership in the City <br />by reason of which assessments were not cancelled; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, all special assessments on said property should have <br />been cancelled for all installments payable in 1976 and thereafter. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the <br />City of Roseville, Minnesota, as follows: <br /> <br />Pertaining to parcel code numbers listed, the installment <br />amounts of special assessments levied by the City of Roseville may be <br />and hereby are cancelled: <br /> <br />PARCEL CODE NO. <br /> <br />ASSESSMENT AUD.NO. 198 <br />YEAR DIP No. 37 <br /> <br />AUD.
