Extract of Minutes of Meeting of City Council City of Rosevi11e Ramsey County, Minnesota Held: November 30, 1981 Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the City Council of the City of Roseville met in regular session at the City Hall on Monday, the 30th day of November, 1981, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. The following members were present: Curley, Franke, Kehr, and Johnson (Demos arrived late) and the following were absent: Kehr introduced the following resolu- Councilman tion and moved its adoption: Resolution No. 7274 RE50LUTION RELATING TO PUBLIC HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT NO. 55-81-18 AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 7262 WHEREAS, the City Council, on October 26, 1981, passed Resolution No. 7262 setting November 23, 1981, as the date for a public hearing in connection with Improvement No. 55-81-18; and WHEREAS, due to inclement weather, the scheduled public hearing and City Council meeting was cancelled because of the inability of the public and Council members to attend. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RE50LVED by the Council of the City of Rosevi11e, Minnesota, that Resolution No. 7262, adopted October 26, 1981, entitled "Resolution Receiving Report and Providing for public Hearing on Improvement No. 55-81-18" be and is hereby amended as follows: 1. Paragraph 2 of said resolution is amended to read as follows: "The Council shall meet at the City Hall, 2660 Civic Center Drive, in said City, on February 8, 1982, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. for the purpose of holding a public hearing on the pro- posed improvement under and pursuant to the provisions of Minnesota 5tatutes, Chapter 429, and the Manager is hereby authorized and directed to cause notice of the time, place and purpose of that meeting to be published twice in the official
