EXTRACT OF t~HlUTES OF SPECIAL t.1EETItlG OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE, tUtlNESOTA fiELD - November 30, 1981 * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a Special Meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, t1innesota, was duly called and held at the City Hall in said City on the 30th day of November, 1981, at 4:00 p.m. The following members were present: Curley, Johnson, Kehr, Franke, and Demos, and the following were absent: None. Member Curley introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION no. 7277 WHEREAS, the City of Roseville has received a number of informal and formal inquiries regarding the availability of industrial and commercial revenue bond financing; and ~'lHEREAS, the City of Roseville is desirous of changing the current policy to limit industrial revenue financin0. to industrial zoned property; NOH, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOL VED by the City Counci 1 of the City of Roseville that Resolution No. 7139 which limits industrial revenue financing to industrial zoned property is hereby rescinded; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City of Roseville will receive applica- tions for industrial revenue financing pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 474, and in accordance with the City of Roseville Industrial Revenue Financing Policy/Procedural Memo attached and marked as IIExhibit All. The ~otion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member Kehr and upon a vote being taken, the following voted in favor of the resolution: Curley, Johnson, Kehr, and Demos. and the following voted against the same: Franke. WHEREUPON, said Resolution was declared passed and adopted.
