Councilmember Maschka introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 9281 RESOLUTION ORDERING THE CONSTRUCTION OF TMlJRO\mMFNT P.Qh.Oh NPTGHRORUOOn?4 .....a..._____"""'-...._ 'O...........&..~....,.&..&. ...,..... ............, .L,..............._......~_...'-&-.&.__~ _. AND PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS WHEREAS, a resolution of the City Council of the City ofRoseville adopted January 22, 1996, fixed a date for a public hearing on Project P-96-06, Neighborhood 24; and WHEREAS, ten days mailed notice and two weeks published notice was given; NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City ofRoseville, Minnesota, that in accordance with the provisions of Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429, as amended, the Council held a public hearing on February 12, 1996, to consider the proposed construction of Project P-96.06, Neighborhood 24, consisting of the installation of bituminous paving, concrete curb and gutter, sanitary sewer service repair, drainage facilities, and necessary appurtenances on all that property abutting Rose Place from Walnut Street to cul·de-sac as described in the Notice of Hearing at a cost presently estimated at $158,336 and substantially in accordance with the preliminary report as to the feasibility thereof which is now on file in the office of the City Manager; at which all persons desiring to be heard were given an opportunity to be heard thereon, and havin!1. considered the views of all interested nersons. the Council does herebv determine and "-'" . - - -- - - - -. - - - . . -- - -- -- --- - - -- - - -- r - - - ---7 --- ~ -- - -- . . - - - - - J order that said improvement shall be constructed and financed and that all streets be constructed as recommended in the feasibility report. The City Public Works Director is designated as the Engineer for the project and is directed to prepare and submit to the Council the final plans and specifications for the improvement. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Mastel and upon roll call vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof Goedeke, Mastel, Wiski, Maschka, and Wall and the following voted against the same: None whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
