EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA - HELD JANUARY 11, 1982 * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly held at the City Hall on Monday, January 11, 1982, at 7:30 p.m. The following members were present: Franke, Kehr, Curley, and Demos. and the following were absent: Johnson. Member Curley introduced and moved the adoption of the following resolution: RESOLUTION NO. 7289 RESOLUTION DESIGNATING DIRECTOR AND ALTERNATE DIRECTOR TO SUBURBAN RATE AUTHORITY BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, as follows: Charles Honchell 1S hereby designated as Director of the Suburban Rate Authority, and Steve North , is hereby designated to serve as Alternate Director of the Suburban Rate Authority for the year 1982 and until their successors are appointed. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member Kehr , and upon a vote being taken, the following voted in favor of the resolution: All present. and the following voted against: None. WHEREUPON, said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
