EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF ROSEVILLE HELD ON JANUARY 11, 1982 Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly held in the City Hall in said city on Monday, January 11, 1982, at 7:30 p.m. The following members were present: Franke, Kehr, Curl ey, and Demos and the following were absent: Johnson Council Mem.ber Curley introduced the following resolu- tion and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION DEFERRING ASSESSMENTS NO. 7292 WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Roseville held public assessment hearings on Improvement Numbers SS-76-18, P-ST-SS-72-17 ST-P-79-12, UL-80-12, to hear, consider and pass upon any and all objec- tions to the proposed assessments by affected property owners and WHEREAS, the following City of Roseville Improvements were amended by deferring such assessments, as are here after stated: The proposed assessment for Improvement No. SS-W-72-17 Series 3, should be and is hereby amended as follows: PROPERTY CHANGE HADE NAME AND ADDRESS DESCRIPTION ORIGINAL REVISED DEFERRED UNPLATTED LANDS Subj to Oxford St the S 83.55 ft of N 752.49 ft of part lying vi of Aglen St of E~ of W~ of S1iIJl,r of See 2, T 29, R 23.
