<br />-4- <br /> <br />NOW THEREFOUE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the <br />City of Roseville, Minnesota, that the assessments for parcel <br />code Nos. 79-00200-620-61, 79-00200-050-66, 79-00200-020-67, <br />79-00200-010-68, 79-00200-030-68, 79-00300-120-75, and <br />79-00500-020-40, in the City of Roseville be deferred until <br />such time as the property owners make improvements on said <br />parcels andlor utilize said improvement which was deferred. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution <br />was duly seconded by Council Member Kehr and upon a vote <br />being taken thereon the following voted in favor: <br />All present. <br />and the following voted against: <br /> <br />None. <br />WHEREUPON, said Resolution was declared duly passed and <br />adopted. <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA) <br />) <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY ) SS <br />) <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE ) <br /> <br />I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting <br />Manager of the City of Roseville, do hereby certify that I <br />have carefully compared the attached and foregoing extract of <br />minutes of a regular meeting of said City Council held on the <br />11th day of January, 1982, with the original thereof on file <br />in my office and the same is a full, true and complete <br />transcript therefrom insofar as the same relates to deferred <br />assessments on County Auditor Nos. 1140, 1300, 1142, 1636, <br />1922 and 5101. <br /> <br />WITNESS MY HAND and the seal of said City this /#~ day <br />of January, 1982. <br /> <br /> <br />SEA L <br />
