<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville, Minnesota, was duly held at the City Hall in said City on Monday, the 12th day of <br />February, 1996, at 7:00 p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Goedeke, Mastel, Wiski, Maschka, and Wall, and the <br />following were absent: None. <br /> <br />Councilperson Goedeke introduced and moved the adoption of the following resolution: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 9282 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION DECLARING ADEQUACY OF PETITION <br />AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF FEASIBILITY <br />REPORT ON IMPROVEMENT P-96-02, NEIGHBORHOOD 28 SIDEWALK <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a petition requesting an improvement in the City of Rose vi lie by the installation of <br />sidewalk in 1996 Pavement Management Program Neighborhood 28 filed with the council on <br />February 12, 1996, is hereby declared to be signed by the required percentage of owners of <br />property affected thereby pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Section 429.035. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA: That the petition be referred to the City Public Works Director for <br />study and that he is instructed to report to the Council with all convenient speed, advising the <br />Council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to <br />whether it should best be made as proposed or in connection with some other improvement, and <br />the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council person <br />Mastel and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Goedeke, Mastel, <br />Wiski, and Wall and the following voted against the same: Maschka. <br /> <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
