<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF REGULAR MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD January 25 ,1982. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />Pursuant to due caB and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City <br />Council of the City of RoseviUe, Minnesota, was duly called and held at the City <br />Hall in said City on the 25th day of January , 1982, at ~ <br />o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Franke, Kehr, Curley, Johnson, and <br />Demos. <br />and the following members were absent: None. <br /> <br />Member Johnson <br />moved its adoption: <br /> <br />introduced the following Resolution and <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 7300 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE, <br />MINNESOT A, AS FOllOWS: <br /> <br />That certain Agreement between the City of Roseville and the County of <br />Ramsey, concerning the exchange of open space property owned by the County of <br />Ramsey in the Langton lake area and by the City of Roseville in the area of the <br />Wood view open space site, is hereby approved; and the Mayor and City Manager <br />are hereby authorized to execute said agreement on behalf of the City of <br />Roseville, Minnesota, and to do all things necessary to accomplish the transfer. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded <br />by member Curley , and upon a vote being taken, the following voted in <br />favor thereof: All present. <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: None. <br /> <br />WHEREUPON, the said Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />ST ATE OF MINNESOTA) <br />) SSe <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY ) <br /> <br />I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Manager of the City <br />of Roseville, Minnesota, do hereby certify that I have carefully compared the <br />
