<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of City Council <br />City of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, ~1innesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was <br />duly held at the City Hall in said City on Monday, the 25th day <br /> <br />of January, 1982, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br />The following members were present: Mayor Demos and <br /> <br />Councilmen Curley, Kehr, Franke and Johnson; and the following <br /> <br />were absent: None. <br /> <br />Councilman Franke introduced and moved the adoption of the <br /> <br />following resolution: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 7301 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION DECLARING ADEQUACY OF PETITION <br />AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF <br />REPORT ON IlU'ROVEMENT NO. SS-W-P-82-3 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a certain petition requesting an improvement in <br /> <br />the City of Roseville, on Dellwood Avenue from Roma Avenue <br /> <br />southerly to end of cul-de-sac by the installation of sanitary <br /> <br />sewer, water, bituminous paving, concrete curb and gutter and <br /> <br />necessary appurtenances, filed with the COuncil on January 7, <br /> <br />1982, is hereby declared to be signed by the required percen- <br />tage of owners of property affected thereby pursuant to Minne- <br />sota Statutes, Sec. 429.035. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br /> <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE, r,lINNESOTA: <br /> <br />That the petition be referred to the City Public Works <br />Director for study and that he is instructed to report to the <br />Council with all convenient speed, advising the Council in a <br />
