EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br /> OF THE <br /> CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City <br /> of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota was duly held on the 11th day of July, 2011, <br /> at 6:00 p.m. <br /> The following members were present: Willmus; McGehee; Johnson; and Roe and the <br /> following were absent: Pust. <br /> Member Johnson introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION No. 10913 <br /> RESOLUTION SUPPORTING APPLICATION FOR <br /> SURFACE TRANSPORTATION PROGRAM- URBAN GUARANTEE FUNDS <br /> FOR TWIN LAKES INFRASTRUCTURE <br /> WHEREAS, A REGIONAL SOLICITATION PROCESS FOR Federal Transportation <br /> Projects has been issued by the Metropolitan Council and the Transportation Advisory <br /> Board, <br /> WHEREAS, this solicitation includes the Surface Transportation Program (STP)- Urban <br /> Guarantee category, <br /> NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Roseville <br /> that: <br /> The Roseville City Council adopts this resolution authorizing staff to apply for the <br /> Surface Transportation Program (STP)- Urban Guarantee Funds for Twin Lakes <br /> Infrastructure improvements. <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br /> Councilmember Willmus and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br /> thereof: Willmus; Johnson; and Roe, and the following abstained: McGehee and the <br /> following voted against the same: none. <br /> WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
