<br />NOTICE OF HEARING <br />ON IMPROVEMENT NO. P-8l-23 <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the City of <br />Roseville, Minnesota, will meet at the City Hall, 2660 Civic <br />Center Drive, in said City, on the 22nd day of February, 1982, <br />at 7:30 o'clock p.m., to hold a public hearing pursuant to <br />Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429, as amended, on proposed <br />Improvement No. P-8l-23 including all that property on Patton <br />Road from Stanbridge Avenue northerly to Brenner Avenue by <br />the installation of bituminous paving, concrete curb and gutter <br />and necessary appurtenances. The foregoing is all substan- <br />tially in accordance with a preliminary engineering report <br />which is now on file and open to public inspection in the <br />office of the City Manager. <br /> <br />The cost of the improvement is presently estimated at <br />$62,l53.02. The area proposed to be assessed for the improve- <br />ment shall be the following: <br /> <br />All that property abutting Patton Road <br />from Stanbridge Avenue northerly to <br />Brenner Avenue. <br /> <br />All persons desiring to be heard with reference to the <br />improvement and the area proposed to be assessed therefor may <br />appear and be heard by the City Council at the time and place <br />s ta ted above. <br /> <br />Dated: January 25, 1982 <br /> <br />BY ORDER OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br />James F.
