<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of City Council <br />City of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was <br /> <br />duly held at the City Hall in said City on Monday, the 8th day <br /> <br />of February, 1982, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present,: Mayor Demos and <br /> <br /> <br />Councilmen Curley, Kehr, Franke and Johnson; and the following <br /> <br />were absent: None. <br /> <br />Councilman Curley introduced and moved the adoption of the <br /> <br />following resolution: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 7316 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AWARDING BID FOR <br />IMPROVEMENT NO. W-82-4 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City received quotes for the above improve- <br /> <br />ment, according to the plans and specifications thereof on <br /> <br />file in the office of the Manager of said City; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a quote in the amount of $694.00 was received <br /> <br />from Emmet McCarthy, which was the lowest quote received. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the <br /> <br />City of Roseville, Minnesota: <br /> <br />The Mayor and Manager are hereby authorized and directed <br /> <br />to enter into a contract with Emmet McCarthy for $694.00 in <br /> <br />the name of the City of Roseville for the above improvement <br /> <br />according to the plans and specifications thereof heretofore <br /> <br />approved by the City Council and on file in the office of the <br /> <br />City Manager. <br />
