<br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution <br /> <br />was duly seconded by Councilman Franke and upon roll call vote <br /> <br />being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: All; <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: None; whereupon <br /> <br />said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />Councilman Johnson then introduced the following resolu- <br /> <br />tion and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 7319 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RELATING TO PARKING <br />ON MERRILL STREET <br />(IMPROVEMENT NO. P-81-12) <br /> <br />Pursuant to Resolution No. 7318, the City Council of the <br />City of Roseville ordered the construction of Improvement No. <br />P-81-12 consisting of the installation of bituminous paving, <br />concrete curb and gutter and necessary appurtenances on Merrill <br />Street between Terrace Drive and County Road C-2, and directed <br />the City Public Works Director to prepare and submit final <br />plans and specifications therefor.
