EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF CITY COUNCIL CITY OF ROSEVILLE RAMSEY COUNTY. MINNESOTA Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly held in the City Hall on Monday, the twenty-fifth day of March, 1996, at 7:00 o'clock p.m. The following members were present: Maschka, Mastel, Wiski, Goedeke, and Wall and the following were absent: None. Councilmember Mastel introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 9285 RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND ORDERING ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS FOR 1996 CONTRACTS A and B WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution passed by the City Council the City Public Works Director has prepared plans and specifications for the following Improvements and has presented such plans and specifications to the Council for approval: 1996 Contract A projects: P-96-02, Neighborhoods 14, 16, and 37, street reconstruction M-96-07, Acorn Park improvements ST-94-07, South Owasso Boulevard storm sewer ST -96-09, Bennett Lake storm sewer 1996 Contract B projects: P-96-06, Neighborhood 24, street reconstruction P-96-02, Neighborhood 28, street reconstruction THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Rose vi lie, Minnesota: I. Such plans and specifications, copies of which are attached hereto, and made a part hereof, are hereby approved. 2. The City Manager shall prepare and cause to be inserted in the Focus, the official newspaper, and in the Construction Bulletin, an advertisement for bids upon the making of such approved plans and specifications. The advertisement for bids for 1996 Contracts A and B shall be published as required by law, shall specifY the work to be done, shall call the bids on the basis of cash payment for such work, shall state that the bids will be received by the City Manager and Public Works Director as follows: Contract A Contract B April 17, 1996, at 11 :00 a.m. April] 6, ] 996, at ] 1 :00 a.m.
