<br />necessary appurtenances on all that property abutting Oackrest <br />Avenue from Lexington Avenue to Hamline Avenue, and directed the <br />\:::::: Ci ty Public ~'~orks Director to prepare and submit final plans and <br />specifications therefor. It has been determined that the street <br />portion of this improvement shall be constructed to a width of <br />34 feet. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that due to the width of <br />Oakcrest Avenue between Harnline Avenue and Lexington Avenue that <br />parking be prohibited on the north side of Oakcrest Avenue <br />between Hamline Avenue and Lexington Avenue. -" <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was <br /> <br />duly seconded by Councilman Kehr and upon roll call vote being <br /> <br />taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: AlIi and <br /> <br />the following voted against the same: None; whereupon said <br /> <br />resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />~-- <br /> <br />9 <br />
