We will have Mr. Honchell discuss the entire
thing, addressing all three projects, but I will stop with Mr.
Honchell and ask that Mr. popovich address these three hearings
separately _and will call for the public reaction separately.
In other words, the first one will be ST-80-30, storm drainage
to serve the area south of Central Park between Lexington and
Victoria and north of Grandview. The second one is W-P-BO-3l,
reconstruction pf Brooks/Transit Avenues from Lexington Avenue
to Victoria Avenue, plus the installation of a water service.
Tne third one is P-82-5, reconstruction of AgIen Street from
Transit Avenue to Brooks Avenue.

MR. NORTH: We have the Certificate of Mailing and ~ffi-
davits of Publication on file.

MR. HONCHELL: Perhaps to try and give you a little back-
-ground to this project before it gets too involved - 'as many
of you know, most of the City already has storm drainage
facilities. In fact, the entire area near Central Park - this
is just about the only one - at least Central Park near Bennett
Lake - this is about the only one that isn't served right now
