<br />W-P-80-3l consisting of the installation of bituminous paving, <br />~oncrete curb and gutter, water service and necessary appur- <br />tenances on all that property abutting Transit Avenue from <br />Victoria Street to Brooks Avenue and all that property abutting <br />Brooks Avenue from Transit Avenue to Lexington Avenue, and <br />directed the City Public Works Director to prepare and submit <br />final plans and specifications therefor. It has been deter- <br />mined that the street portion of this improvement shall be <br />constructed to a width of 34 feet. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that due to the width of <br />Brooks Avenue from Lexington Avenue to Transit Avenue that <br />parking be prohibited on the north and east sides of Brooks <br />Avenue from Lexington Avenue to Transit Avenue. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution <br /> <br />was duly seconded by Councilman Franke and upon roll call vote <br /> <br />being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />All; and the following voted against the same: None; where- <br /> <br />upon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />" <br />
