EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COlJNCI L OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA - HELD MARCH 8, 1982 * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly called and held at the City Hall in said City on the 8th day of March, 1982, at 7:30 p.m. The following Council members were present: Curley, Kehr, Franke, Johnson, and Demos and the following were absent: None ~1ember Curley introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 7331 WHEREAS, by Agreement and Declaration of Trust dated September 21, 1979, the League of Minnesota Cities Insurance Trust was established, and WHEREAS, the undersigned Employer as defined in the Trust Agreement on behalf of its Employees as defined in the Trust Agreement desires to make available the Trust Plan listed below, and hereby adopts the terms and conditions of the Agreement and Declaration of Trust establishing the League of Minnesota Cities Insurance Trust. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, the undersigned agrees that: Effective as of the 1st day of February, 1982, it adopts: The Group Dental Plan and hereby agrees to be bound by all the terms, provisions, conditions, and limitations of said Trust Agreement and all lawful amendments hereto. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council member Kehr , and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: All present and the following voted against: None WHEREUPON, the said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
