<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of City Council <br />City of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly <br />held at the City Hall in said City on Monday, the 22nd day of <br />March, 1982, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br />The following members were present: Mayor Demos and <br />Councilmen Curley and Kehrf and the following were absent: <br /> <br />Councilmen Franke and Johnson. <br /> <br />Councilman Kehr introduced and moved the adoption of the <br /> <br />following resolution: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 7337 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION DECLARING ADEQUACY OF PETITION <br />AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF <br />REPORT ON IMPROVEMENT NO. P-82-7 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a certain petition requesting an improvement in <br /> <br />the City of Roseville on Millwood Avenue from Hamline Avenue to <br />Pascal Street by the installation of bituminous paving, concrete <br /> <br />curb and gutter and necessary appurtenances, filed with the <br />Council on March 1, 1982, is hereby declared to be signed by'the <br />required percentage of owners of property affected thereby pur- <br /> <br />suant to Minnesota Statutes, Sec. 429.035. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />That the petition be referred to the City Public Works <br />Director for study and that he is instructed to report to the <br />Council with all convenient speed, advising the Council in a <br />preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is <br />feasible and as to whether it should best be made as proposed <br />
