Extract of Minutes of Meeting of City Council City of Roseville Ramsey County, Binnesota Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the City Council of the City of Roseville met in regular session at the City Hall on Monday, the 12th day of April, 1982, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. The following members were present: Mayor Demos and Councilmen Franke, Kehr and Johnson; and the following was ab- sent: Councilman Curley. Councilman Kehr introduc~d the following resolution and moved its adoption: Resolution No. 7338 RESOLUTION TERUINATING I~WROVEl1ENT NO. ST-P-81-11 WHEREAS, on August 24, 1981, the City Council of the City of Roseville adopted Resolution No. 7224 declaring adequacy of petition and ordering preparation of a feasibility report on Improvement No. ST-P-81-ll, consisting of the installation of bituminous paving, concrete curb and gutter, associated drain- age facilities and necessary appurtenances on Glenhill Road from Snelling Avenue to Harnline Avenue, to be constructed in conjunction with the City of Arden Hills; and trJUEREAS, since that time, a mutually satisfactory agree- ment could not be arrived at between the City of Roseville and the City of Arden Hills as to the method of assessing costs for Improvement No. ST-P-81-l1. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA: That since a mutually satisfactory agreement could not be arrived at between the City of Roseville and the City of Arden Hills as to the method of assessing costs for Improvement No. ST-P-81-ll, said improvement is hereby terminated and not ordered.
