<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of City Council <br />City of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Binnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the City Council <br /> <br />of the City of Roseville met in regular session at the City Hall <br /> <br />on Monday, the 12th day of April, 1982, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Demos and <br /> <br />Councilmen Franke, Kehr and Johnson; and the following was ab- <br /> <br />sent: Councilman Curley. <br /> <br />Councilman Kehr introduc~d the following resolution and <br /> <br />moved its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 7338 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION TERUINATING <br />I~WROVEl1ENT NO. ST-P-81-11 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on August 24, 1981, the City Council of the City <br />of Roseville adopted Resolution No. 7224 declaring adequacy of <br />petition and ordering preparation of a feasibility report on <br />Improvement No. ST-P-81-ll, consisting of the installation of <br />bituminous paving, concrete curb and gutter, associated drain- <br />age facilities and necessary appurtenances on Glenhill Road <br />from Snelling Avenue to Harnline Avenue, to be constructed in <br />conjunction with the City of Arden Hills; and <br /> <br />trJUEREAS, since that time, a mutually satisfactory agree- <br />ment could not be arrived at between the City of Roseville and <br />the City of Arden Hills as to the method of assessing costs <br />for Improvement No. ST-P-81-l1. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />That since a mutually satisfactory agreement could not be <br />arrived at between the City of Roseville and the City of Arden <br />Hills as to the method of assessing costs for Improvement No. <br />ST-P-81-ll, said improvement is hereby terminated and not <br />ordered. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoptiPn of the foregoing resolution <br />was duly seconded by Councilman Johnson and upon vote being <br />
