<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, <br />County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held in the City Hall at 2660 Civic Center Drive, Roseville, <br />Minnesota, on Monday, the eighth day of April, 1996, at 6:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Wiski, Goedeke, Mastel, and Wall, and the following were absent: <br />Maschka. <br /> <br />Member Goedeke introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 9287 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING MUNICIPAL ST ATE AID HIGHWAYS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Roseville will assume jurisdiction of the streets hereinafter described from <br />Ramsey County at part of Ramsey County's functional consolidation of roadways: <br /> <br />Dale Street from County Road C to South Owasso Boulevard <br />South Owasso Boulevard from Dale Street to Rice Street <br />Victoria Street from Larpenteur Avenue to County Road B <br />Josephine Road from Lexington Avenue to Hamline Avenue <br />County Road D from Lexington Avenue to Victoria Street <br />Roselawn Avenue from Hamline Avenue to Victoria Street <br />West Owasso Boulevard from Victoria Street to Roseville's north boundary. <br /> <br />These roadways should be designated Municipal State Aid streets under the provisions of Minnesota <br />Law. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Rose vi lie that the roads <br />described as follow, to-wit: <br /> <br />Dale Street from County Road C to South Owasso Boulevard <br />South Owasso Boulevard from Dale Street to Rice Street <br />Victoria Street from Larpenteur Avenue to County Road B <br />Josephine Road from Lexington Avenue to Hamline Avenue <br />County Road D from Lexington Avenue to Victoria Street <br />Roselawn Avenue from Hamline Avenue to Victoria Street <br />West Owasso Boulevard from Victoria Street to Roseville's north boundary. <br /> <br />be, and hereby are established, located, and designated Municipal State Aid streets of said City, subject to <br />the approval of the Commissioner of Transportation of the State of Minnesota, and that upon approval <br />signation of said roads or portion thereof, that same be constructed, improved, and maintained as <br />Municipal State Aid streets of the City ofRoseville to be numbered and known as Municipal State Aid <br />streets; and <br />
