<br />Extract of Hinutes of Heeting <br />of City Council <br />City of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly <br /> <br />held at the City Hall in said City on ~bnday, the 26th day of <br />April, 1982, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Demos and <br /> <br />Councilmen Curley, Kehr, Franke and Johnson; and the following <br /> <br />were absent: None. <br /> <br />Councilman Kehr introduced and moved the adoption of the <br /> <br />following resolution: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 7346 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS M~D <br />SPECIFICATIONS A~D ORDERING ADVERTISEMENT <br />FOR BIDS ON IMPROVE~mNT NO. P-3l-24 <br /> <br />liHEREAS, pursuant to resolution passed by the City Council <br /> <br />on Feoruary 22, 1982, the City Public Works Director has pre- <br /> <br />pared plans and specifications for Improvement No. P-8l-24 and <br />has presented such plans and specifications to the Council for <br /> <br />approval. <br /> <br />NOl"l, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br /> <br />ROSE,VILLE, IUN.i.\JESOTA: <br /> <br />1. Such plans and specifications, copies of which are <br />attaciled nereto and made a part hereof, are hereby approved. <br /> <br />2. The City ~~nager shall prepare and cause to be inserted <br />in the Roseville Sun, the official paper, and in the Construc- <br />tion Bulletin, an advertisement for bids upon the making of such <br />approved plans and specifications. The advertisement for <br />Improvement No. P-8l-24 shall be published as required by law, <br />shall specify the work to be done, shall call for bids on the <br />
