<br />\1HEREAS, it appears that Erwin I-iontgomery of Ne\v Brighton, <br />Minnesota, is the lowest responsible bidder at the tabulated <br />~rice of $40,024.25. <br />NO~J, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the <br />City of Rosevi11e, Minnesota: <br />1. The Mayor and Manager are hereby authorized and directed <br />to enter into a contract with Erwin Mont~omery for $40,024.25 in <br />the name of the City of Roseville for the above improvements <br />according to the plans and specifications thereof heretofore <br />approved by the City Council and on file in the office of the <br />City l1anager. <br />2. rrhe City Hanager is hereby authorized and directed to <br />return forthwith to all bidders the deposits made with their <br />bids except the deposits of the successful bidder and the next <br />lowest bidder shall be retained until contracts have been signed. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was <br />duly seconded by Councilman Kehr and upon vote being taken there- <br />on, the following vo.ted in favor thereof ~ All; and the following <br />voted against the same~ None, whereupon said resolution was <br />declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
