<br />NOW THEREFORE, BE I1' RESOLVED by the City Council of the <br /> <br />City of Roseville, lJiinnesota: <br /> <br />1. The construction bids for Improvement No. SS-8l-l8 are <br />hereby rejected. <br /> <br />2. Tne City Council hereby orders receipt of new bids for <br />Improvement No. SS-3l-l8, waich bids will be received by the <br />City Manager and Public Works Director until 10:00 o'clock a.m. <br />on clay 6, 1982, at which time they will be publicly opened in <br />the City Hall by the City Manager and City Public Works Director, <br />will then be tabulated, and will subsequently be considered by <br />the Council, and tnat no bids will be considered unless sealed <br />and filed with the Manager and accompanied by a cash deposit, <br />certified check or bid bond payable to the .lJanager for ten per- <br />cent of tne amount of such bid. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution <br /> <br />was duly seconded by Councilman Kenr and upon vote being taken <br /> <br />tnereon, the following voted in favor tnereof: All; and the <br /> <br />following voted against tne san~: None; whereupon said resolu- <br /> <br />tion was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
