<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of City Council <br />City of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Hinnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was <br /> <br />duly neld at the City Hall in said City on Monday, the 10th day <br />of May, 1982, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />'llne following members were present: i..iayor Demos and <br /> <br />Councilmen Curley, Franke, Kehr and Johnson; and the following <br /> <br />were absent: None. <br /> <br />Councilman Kehr introduced and moved the adoption of the <br />following resolution: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 7351 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION DECLARING ADEQUACY OF PETITION <br />AND ORDERING PREPARA'l'ION OF <br />REPORT ON IMPROVE~mNT NO. SS-W-P-82-3 <br /> <br />~rnEREAS, a certain petition requesting an improvement in <br /> <br />the City 0 f Roseville, on Dellwood Avenue from Rama Avenue <br />southerly to end of cul-de-sac by the installation of sanitary <br /> <br />sewer, water, bituminous paving, concrete curb and gutter and <br /> <br />necessary appurtenances, filed with the Council on ~my 10, <br />1982, is hereby declared to be signed by 100% of the owners of <br />property affected thereby pursuant to r4innesota Statutes, Sec. <br /> <br />429.035. <br /> <br />NOt1, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CI'J.'Y COUNCIL OF THE <br /> <br />CI'l'Y OF ROSE,VILLJ;;, iUi.JNESOTA: <br /> <br />That the petition be referred to ~le City Public Works <br />Director for study and that he is instructed to report to the <br />Council with all convenient speed, advising the Council in a <br />
