<br />NtiI::RBAS, it appears that Hinnesota dome Sewer of st. Paul, <br />Minnesota, is tne lowest responsible bidder at the tabulated <br />price of $2,560.00. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the <br />City of Roseville, Minnesota: <br />1. 'l'ile Uayor and Hanager are hereby authorized and <br />directed to enter into a contract with i"Unnesota dome Sewer <br />for $2,560.00 in the name of the City of Roseville for the <br />above improvement according to the plans and specifications <br />thereof heretofore approved by the City Council and on file in <br />the office of the City Manager. <br />2. The City ~mnager is hereby authorized and directed to <br />return forthwith to all bidders the deposits made with their <br />bids except the deposits of the successful bidder and the next <br />lowest bidder shall be retained until contracts have been <br />signed. <br />~~e motion was seconded by Councilman curley and upon <br />vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor tllereof: <br />All; and the following voted against the same: None; where- <br />upon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
